User Agreement and Privacy Policy

If You download our software (from the Internet, official website, or other sources), purchase it, or if it is installed on Your device, that means You agree with these Terms of Use.

In this agreement:
"Software" means product(s) that were designed or developed by Sealzi and were downloaded on Your device, including programs and other materials.
"We", "Us", or "Our" means Sealzi, company creating software and developing applications.
"You" means the end user of the software.
"Services" means any applications, programs, services, features, or functions that were made by Sealzi.
"Websites" means all websites that Sealzi uses.

If You do not agree with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, or others, You cannot use our software.

This agreement allows You to use the software under the Terms and Conditions below:
1. We own our software under copyright. Our software, its algorithms (including source codes and databases), designs (logos and visual designs), and trademarks are protected by copyright. All our applications, programs, logos, names, designs, etc., are trademarks of Sealzi.
2. You cannot use the software if You are less than three (3) years old.
3. We may send You emails with updates for the old software, information about new software, and other topics that correspond to our software. We do not spam You.
4. We can collect Your information such as Your email address, Your name, or other information You enter on our websites or from emails You send to us.
5. You cannot modify, copy, adapt, or change (by any means) our software.
6. You cannot use other programs, applications, software, etc., to access, read, or modify data or algorithms of our software.
7. Our software may contain errors and bugs. You can inform us about these via email or website form. We may fix errors or bugs, but we do not guarantee this.
8. Our software "Elsi" uses third-party applications installed on Your device such as browsers, music players, and video players, or other necessary software that is not made by us. We are not responsible for Your usage of these programs or applications at all. If You use these applications (even via "Elsi"), You agree with the terms set by those applications.
9. We cannot guarantee that the results of searches (web and others) and other queries which "Elsi" responds to, will satisfy You.
10. You will try to protect our software on Your device (PC, laptop, any other) from theft and any other harmful actions.
11. We do not trade, sell, or otherwise give up Your information to third parties for monetary reward.
12. Our software "Elsi" uses third-party providers for voice recognition. These voice recognition systems may misrecognize or misunderstand You, Your speech, or Your voice. We are not responsible for third-party voice recognition systems.
13. You can use our software (and other products) for legitimate purposes only. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to You and to Your use of our software and services.
14. This software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including express warranties of merchantability. You assume full responsibility for the selection and use of the software to achieve the intended results and acknowledge that if You misuse the software, You may damage Your files, software, and data. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of data caused by the use of this program. You agree that You use the software at Your own risk and that You are solely responsible for any damages and losses incurred as a result of using services.
15. The software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use in hazardous environments. You cannot use the software for improper purposes, such as causing death, injury, or serious physical or environmental damage. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties for a particular risk to the software or any portion thereof.
16. You cannot share our software by any means (on the Internet, via physical drive, or otherwise).
17. You cannot sell, lease, loan, rent, or otherwise transfer our software to third parties.
18. We do not collect and use Your information to identify You as a person. All information we collect is used to improve our services.
19. You cannot use our software if Your actions can harm it or other users.
20. We may use Analytics software to monitor and analyze traffic on our websites.

We can change, modify, or edit these Terms of Use, Policies, etc., at any time without notice.
